By booking a class, consultation or private session with Move with Catriona, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bookings
All classes, consultations and private sessions must be booked in advance through the available booking system or by contacting Move with Catriona directly.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Payment
Payment must be made before your scheduled class or session unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Health & Medical Information
It is your responsibility to inform Move with Catriona of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or anything else that may affect your participation.
If you are unsure whether Pilates is suitable for you, please seek advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional before attending.
Participation
All classes and sessions are intended for general fitness and wellbeing.
Please work within your own limits and listen to your body throughout each session.
If something doesn’t feel right, stop the exercise and let your instructor know.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and enjoyable classes, participation is at your own risk.
Move with Catriona accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Changes to Classes
Occasionally, classes, instructors, venues or schedules may need to change.
If this happens, reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.
